IHP Plan Coordinator Training

This training provides detailed instruction on how to facilitate the IHP planning process for individuals with developmental disabilities. Included in the training are: principles of plan development, members and roles of the interdisciplinary team, responsibilities of the plan coordinator, life plan, assessment process, development of goals and objectives, implementation, and monitoring the IHP.

Note: This training is provided to meet the needs of those agencies that do not yet have an IHP trainer. Others should obtain training via their agency's internal training offerings.

IHP Train the Trainer Session

This session provides instruction for trainers on how to effectively deliver the IHP Plan Coordinator Training Curriculum. This training is open only to individuals designated by their agencies to train and/or oversee the dissemination of IHP information. This is not a training for Plan Coordinators. Plan coordinators should obtain training through their home agencies or through The Boggs Center if their agency does not have an IHP Trainer.

Registration Details

Fee information: Employees of DDD, staff of agencies funded by DDD as well as individuals with disabilities and family members - no charge. All other registrants - $75.

Please note: Submission of the online form is not a confirmation of registration. Submission of the online registration form sends an email request to The Boggs Center. When your form is received, Boggs Center
staff will register you for the course requested, based on space availability. If the training is full,
you will be notified. Written confirmation of your registration and materials will be mailed two weeks prior to the training course. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us to verify registration and to receive directions and materials.
