Procedures

Please refer to Training Overview and Developmental Disabilities Lecture Series for general registration procedures.

Certificates

All participants who have attended required classes, participated in activities and exercises, and submitted written assignments are awarded a Certificate at the end of the course. Participants must sign-in at the beginning of each course and sign out when certificates are awarded.

Only full credit is given for each course. Participants who leave early or do not adhere to scheduled break times are not awarded certificates.

Submit a copy of your Certificate to your professional organization according to the process established by the organization. If you have questions about this process, contact the organization directly. The Certificate also serves as verification of attendance for individuals to submit to their employer.

Replacement certificates cannot be provided. Please retain a copy for your file.

Evaluation Forms

Evaluation forms are distributed to all attendees. All participants are asked to complete the evaluation form at the end of each course. Follow up evaluations will also be sent via email approximately one month after your training course. Your feedback will help us to meet your training needs.

Grievances

If you wish to submit a formal grievance (course content, refund policy, non-receipt of certificate), please email Robyn Carroll or call (732) 235-9310. Grievances must be submitted in writing. Responses to grievances will be provided within one week of receipt.

If you have any questions or concerns about Continuing Education, please email Robyn Carroll or call (732) 235-9310.
